CONTRACTS
- Contracts will be drawn up for regular clients only. ( excludes occasional and emergency visits.
- Contracts will undergo review every 4 weeks, Please make contact sooner if you are not happy with any aspect of care received.)
PAYMENTS
- Regular clients will be invoiced monthly, I kindly ask that this is paid within 7 days of receipt of invoice please.
- Payment for last-minute emergencies is due at the time of booking.
- For occasional care bookings, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
- All payments to be made via bank transfer please.
CANCELLATION
- If a client wishes to cancel the service, 2 weeks notice must be given in writing.
- If the service is not required due to family members already undertaking the tasks, a charge will still be applied (unless it’s to cover PA’s request of annual leave.)
- In the event of the client needing a hospital stay, I will charge a 50% place holding fee to hold the spot open for when they come out. This can be reviewed weekly.
- In the event of a client needing to cancel a visit, I will try and be flexible when possible, If I am unable to fill the slot with someone else then a 50% place holding fee will be charged if cancelled less than 72 hours.
- For occasional care bookings, 50% deposit will be refunded if more than 72 hours notice is provided.
HOLIDAYS
- I will give you at least one months notice for any time off I plan to have.
- In case of illness, I'll notify the designated family member. It will be your responsibility to arrange for alternative cover.
BANKS HOLIDAYS
- Bank holidays will incur additional charges.
- Christmas day, Boxing day and New years day are charged at double time.
- Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May bank holiday, Spring bank holiday , Summer bank holiday are all charged at time and a half.
Please note a sleeping night will be billed as a waking night if there are three or more interruptions during the night.
There are no mileage charges applied by me.
I am accountable for managing and paying my taxes directly to HMRC.
Please note that I am not a trained nurse and can not deal with dressings, wounds or injections.
